When you register and purchase online from Look Eleven Hair Extensions you agree to conform with and are bound by the terms and conditions, so please make sure you agree with our T & C's before using the website. 

Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their proposed purpose only.

Hair extensions are an organic product and problems can occasionally arise, however if the correct aftercare has been followed and the hair is believed to be faulty after testing by us we will offer replacement hair, but will not offer any refund for charges sustained from products or fitting charges.

All offers on the website are subject to stock availability and Look Eleven Hair Extensions reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order at any time.

We take special care to display correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions and specifications are subject to alteration by us without notice, all colours are as near as can be displayed on a computer monitor.

All prices are correct at time of publication and Look Eleven Hair Extension reserve the right to alter or amend any price at any time without notice. In addition, we are entitled to decline, reject or cancel any order or part order without notice and refund any payment in full.

All goods remain the property of Look Eleven Hair Extensions  until paid for in full. 

Sales

If a product has reduced in price since an original purchase, legally we are not obliged to refund the difference as sale prices are only valid for the period of the promotion. Likewise, should an increase happen prior to purchase, we are not obliged to sell at the previous lower price.
