How To Apply?

Applying for a trade account:

You can apply for an account by clicking here.

As part of your application process you'll need to upload a copy of your accredited hair extensions qualification approved by Habia, BABTEC, City and Guilds, or another recognised training organisation.

Approving your account

We'll check your credentials to a trade account and send you a confirmation email if your credentials are valid. Once your account is accredited, you'll be able to login and see your discount applied site-wide.

Important Notes

Pro Accounts are for business-to-business (B2B) sales only.

Pro Accounts cannot be used for credit purchases. Discounts only apply to active Pro Accounts at checkout.

VAT-exempt customers are not eligible for Pro Accounts.

Misuse of trade account

Trade accounts are a B2B agreement. Misusing them will result in the account being revoked without notice. This includes (but isn't limited to):

Sharing your account with unqualified people.

Sharing your account with people not associated with your business.

Ordering products at a discount for someone else.

Using someone else's payment details (including clients').

Shipping orders to a third-party address (including clients').

Using your trade account for anything other than B2B sales.
