Shipping policy

Orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched from us the same day via Royal Mail Special Delivery as standard due to the value of each package.

Packages are dispatched Monday – Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays notified closures. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be shipped on the Monday.

Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed 1pm - £7.50

We offer a pre 1pm next working day delivery as standard on all our Look Eleven packages, subject to placing your order before the cut off times listed above. ALL Special delivery parcels need a signature on delivery and will be taken to your nearest post office for collection or redelivery at your convenience should the driver be unable to deliver your parcel.

Saturday Deliveries:

We do not currently offer a Saturday Guaranteed service, we will post out packages ordered before 4pm on a Friday and they may attempt to deliver on a Saturday, but this is not something Look Eleven Hair Extensions can guarantee.

Consequential Loss:

Consequential insurance is not covered by special delivery terms; therefore you will not be entitled to financial recompense in the event of a parcel delayed or incorrectly received. Once our package has been collected by Royal Mail and you have been issued with a tracking number, the responsibility of the package lies with Royal Mail and any issues regarding missed deliveries, delayed parcels or non-receipt must be taken up with them.

Incorrect Delivery Details:

The responsibility of inputting the correct delivery details is that of the customer. If an incorrect/ incomplete address is entered it is not the responsibility of Look Eleven Hair Extensions to send replacement goods. If goods are returned to us due to an address error, then we can resend to the correct address for the standard delivery rate of £7.50.
